Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 days from taking out a WheelTrust subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
Full reimbursement is made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your request, using the same payment method as the one used when you subscribed.
Case of express waiver
WheelTrust is a digital service performed immediately. If, when subscribing, you expressly requested immediate performance of the service and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal (dedicated checkbox, Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code), this right does not apply.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, fill in the form below. Your email client will open with a pre-filled message, ready to be sent to our team. You can also write to us directly with any unambiguous statement (Article L221-21 of the French Consumer Code).
What happens next?
As soon as we receive your request, we will acknowledge receipt and carry out a full reimbursement within 14 days, using your original payment method. For any question, write to us at contact@wheeltrust.io.
