The WheelTrust app
WheelTrust is a web app for your maintenance record: it opens in the browser, on computer as on phone, with nothing to install. The iOS and Android apps are in development; until then, the whole product is accessible from the web.
What the app does
Seven features, all available today in the web version.
The record. The vehicle's whole life, line by line, with its record and a gauge of what is still missing.
Service entries. A photographed invoice becomes one line in the record: date, mileage, provider, cost.
Mileage. The graph of logged readings, and the latest dated reading a buyer looks for.
Expenses. What the vehicle really costs, category by category, over the period of your choice.
Documents. Licence, vehicle registration certificate, proof of insurance and invoices, all in one place.
The report. The complete history as a link or a PDF, without your personal data.
The transfer. On the day you resell, the record moves to the new owner with its history.

Which devices it works on
The app is a web app: it opens in any recent browser, on computer, tablet and phone. The screens are designed to be used on a phone, standing in front of the car, just as much as at a desktop.
There is nothing to install, nothing to update, and your records follow you from one device to another: they live with WheelTrust, not in your phone's memory.
The iOS and Android apps are in development. We are not announcing a date: the day they are released, their listings will be linked from this page.
Without an account, you can already try a filled-in record or download a maintenance record template in PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Is the WheelTrust app available on iPhone and Android?
Not yet. The iOS and Android apps are in development. Today, WheelTrust is used in your phone's browser, with the same features as on a computer.
Do I need to install anything to use WheelTrust?
No. You open the site in your browser and create your record. There is no software to download and no updates to run.
Is the app free?
Yes, there is a free plan, with no time limit and no credit card needed. Paid plans add vehicles and features; the pricing page has the details.
If I change phones, do I lose my record?
No. Your data lives with WheelTrust, not on your phone. You sign back in from any device and find your records again.
Can I try it before creating an account?
Yes. An example record can be tried directly, with no sign-up. A maintenance record template in PDF can also be downloaded without an account.
