Is it free?
Yes, the free plan lets you manage 1 vehicle with no time limit. If you have more than one, Premium at 79€ a year doesn't cap the number of vehicles.
What if I have more vehicles than my plan allows?
The table above shows how many vehicles each plan tracks. You change plans as your fleet grows, and your records go with you. For private use, the Premium plan doesn't cap the number. For professional use beyond a certain number of vehicles, that's fleet management: the Business plan, which you subscribe to online once your Organisation is set up. Get in touch about your fleet.
Are my documents really safe?
Your sensitive documents (vehicle registration certificate, licence, invoices) are stored with very high-level protection. Servers in France, GDPR compliant.
Can I attach several supporting documents to one service entry?
Yes. The number of files per service entry depends on your plan, as shown in the table above. And a double-sided document stays a single file: you add the back side when it arrives, and it joins the right document.
Is the vehicle report only for paid plans?
No. Every plan can generate one, as a printable document or a web page to send. What a paid plan adds is the depth of history included in the report and control over what appears in it.
How does it work when you sell?
You send a secure link to the new owner. They receive the complete history, accept the transfer, and that's it. You keep a copy on your side.
Do I have to pay to hand over the record?
No. Transfer is available on every plan, including the free one: a record is never locked behind a subscription.
If I have a problem, can I reach you?
Yes, from the Support page in your account, whatever your plan, including the free one. You write to us, and the reply arrives by email and in your request thread.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, no commitment. You can export your data and cancel from your account at any time.
If I stop paying, do I lose everything?
No, nothing is deleted. Your account switches back to the free plan: you can still view all your records, generate your reports and transfer a vehicle. What stops is editing, on vehicles beyond the free plan's limit.
How do I get my data back, or delete it?
From your account, at any time: one page to request a full export of your data, another to request deletion of your account. You don't need to write to us for this.
What if I lose my phone?
No problem. Your data lives with WheelTrust, not on your phone. You can log back in from any device.
Is there a mobile app?
The web version already works everywhere. The iOS and Android apps are currently in development.
