Seven features, seven short demos: the record, service entries, mileage, expenses, documents, the report and the transfer. Each one takes under a minute to watch, with no account needed.
Create my free record01 · The record
The vehicle's whole life, line by line.
A vehicle’s record brings together everything you know about it: its specifications, its paperwork and the sequence of its service entries.
Your 2016 Clio has its own record: its number plate, serial number, first registration date, and photos.
A gauge shows you what is still missing, and you move from one vehicle to another without a trip back to the garage.
02 · Service entries
A photographed invoice, one line in the record.
Log a service, a repair or a fill-up: either by uploading your invoice and letting it read itself, or by entering it yourself.
You get back from the garage: you photograph the oil change invoice, and the date, mileage, provider and cost fill themselves in.
No invoice to hand? You fill in the type of service entry, the date, the mileage and the cost yourself.
03 · Mileage
The graph that tells the story of use.
Every service entry carries a mileage reading. Put end to end, these readings draw the vehicle’s life curve.
Each service entry adds a point to the graph: you see straight away whether the car is being driven as much as last year.
The record shows the last mileage reading logged, with its date, and that is the figure a buyer looks for.
04 · Expenses
What the vehicle really costs you.
What your vehicle really costs you, month by month and category by category, based on the amounts entered on your service entries.
Tyres, servicing, MOT, fuel: the amounts you enter sort themselves into bars, category by category.
A selector changes the period shown, and the total for the chosen period is shown alongside it.
05 · Documents
Your supporting documents, all in one place.
Your paperwork in one place: licence, vehicle registration certificate, insurance, invoices and supporting documents, filed by vehicle.
Licence, vehicle registration certificate, proof of insurance: the three documents for a check sit at the top of the page, and one click displays them full size.
A garage invoice can serve as a supporting document: it joins the record's line, and it appears in the report.
06 · The report
The complete history, as a link or a PDF.
Produce a vehicle’s complete history as a document, or publish a link to show a buyer, without giving them access to your account.
A buyer asks for the history: you send them a link that shows the report, and nothing else from your account.
The PDF, meanwhile, is generated on request and downloaded. It is not stored anywhere, and is regenerated identically each time.
07 · The transfer
On the day you resell, the record follows the vehicle.
On the day you resell, hand the complete record to the new owner: history, documents and specifications.
The sale is done: you enter the buyer's email address, and the record moves across with its history, documents and specifications.
The transfer only takes effect once it is accepted: you remain the owner until then, and you can cancel beforehand.

The public transfer page
What a buyer sees.
When you resell, the buyer views an encrypted, verified report (service entries, supporting documents, mileage), without any personal data about you. The proof speaks, not your identity.
