4. Trademark and intellectual property

The word mark “Wheel Trust” was filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) under number #5254210, classes 9, 35, 38 and 42, on 3 May 2026.

All elements of the service (logo, visual identity, editorial content, source code, database, structure, interface design, illustrations, text, and technical and functional data) are the property of IT EXPERT SERVICES SAS or its partners, and are protected under the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle) (Articles L. 111-1 et seq., L. 711-1 et seq.).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, whether partial or complete, of all or part of the elements of the service, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of IT EXPERT SERVICES SAS, is prohibited and constitutes infringement (Article L. 335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code).

5. Personal data and cookies

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy, drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and amended Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (French Data Protection Act, loi Informatique et Libertés).

WheelTrust uses a self-hosted audience measurement solution (Matomo, configured without cookies), exempt from prior consent in accordance with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) deliberation of 17 March 2022. The service does not use any advertising cookies or third-party trackers for marketing purposes.

Only a few cookies strictly necessary for the service to function (session, authentication, security) are placed without prior consent, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
