Business plan
The maintenance record for your entire fleet, in one place.
You pay per vehicle tracked, once a year. There's no limit on the number of people who access the fleet: the more people log entries, the more valuable the record.
Who it's for
You manage your vehicles yourself, between jobs, from your phone, and you want to know an MOT is coming up before it's overdue.
You run the fleet of a company spread across several sites, you make the case for a maintenance budget every year, and you want the history to stay with the company the day the person who kept it leaves.
You rent out or entrust your vehicles, and maintenance isn't a cost but your product: the day someone asks whether the vehicle was up to date, the answer has to come out straight away.
What the organisation record does
Records kept in this context belong to the company, never to the people who fill them in. So nobody leaving empties a record: access stops, entries stay.
Fleets. You group your vehicles by site, department or manager, and you assign each fleet to someone. A vehicle can also be assigned directly to a driver.
Your vehicles added all at once. A file of number plates, or the same list pasted into a field, and the fleet is in. The report states how many records are created and which lines aren't, with the reason. The file carries only vehicles: no address, no invitation goes through it.
Everyone logs entries, and every entry is signed. All three access levels can log service entries and upload documents to the records they access. Every entry keeps a trace of who made it.
One report per record, shareable via a link. To hand to a buyer, an insurer or an inspector, without giving access to the account. The link can be revoked.
Three access levels, and nothing to configure at the start
Responsable de flotte(s)
The Fleet Manager administers the company: they access all records, invite others, create fleets and records, assign a record to a fleet or a driver, and remove a member. They, and only they, manage the subscription.
Gestionnaire de flotte(s)
The Fleet Administrator accesses the records of the fleets assigned to them, invites drivers, and assigns or removes the records of those fleets. They see neither the subscription nor the invoices.
Conducteur
The driver accesses the records assigned to them and can create one, which then belongs to the company.
In a ten-vehicle company, these three levels are often the same person, and you won't have anything to configure.

Try the Business viewWhat it doesn't record
- No position, no journey, no speed. WheelTrust isn't a geolocation tool, and it won't become one through some option.
- No real-time tracking. The tool logs maintenance service entries on the date they happened; it doesn't say where a vehicle is right now.
- What it keeps from an entry is its author and its date: enough to know who logged what on a record, never enough to track someone.
How much it costs you
Enter the number of vehicles to cover: the estimate is calculated with the actual pricing grid, not an approximation.
The plan starts at 20 vehicles and is billed once a year.
What you will pay

That is €24.63 excl. VAT per vehicle per year.
Annual billing.
The full pricing grid is set out in the Terms of Sale (article 2 bis.2).
How it works
- You write to us. Your estimate goes with the message: we know which fleet we're talking about before we reply.
- We reply with a proposal. Scope, number of vehicles, support if needed. It's also the right time to send us your list of vehicles.
- We create your company in the tool. It isn't created self-service, and that's deliberate: we check with you who's responsible for it before anyone can invite anyone.
- You invite your team. By email, at the access level you choose, and the invitation is valid for seven days. You add your fleet whenever you like, before or after.
- You subscribe online. From your dashboard, for the number of vehicles to cover. The full amount is shown to you before any payment.
Frequently asked questions
Are prices excluding tax?
Yes. Business plan prices are quoted excluding tax, and VAT at the applicable rate is added at billing time, namely 20% for a company established in France. You'll be asked for your intra-EU VAT number when subscribing, or failing that your SIREN number for a French entity not liable for VAT.
Can you subscribe from abroad?
Online subscription is open to companies established in France. From another country, write to us: we set up your subscription with the applicable VAT, and the invoice carries the reverse-charge mention when required.
Is there a free trial of the Business plan?
No. The trial period doesn't apply to this plan, and a trial wouldn't make much sense for a fleet that hasn't yet entered the tool. Instead, the manager view can be tried right here, with no account and nothing saved.
I have few vehicles: is the Premium plan enough?
Often, yes. One reservation, and it matters: beyond a dozen vehicles tracked as part of a professional activity, the Business plan applies. Below the plan's floor, the calculator tells you so rather than overselling you.
Does the record handle motorbikes and scooters?
Yes. A record is kept for a car, a motorbike, a scooter or a van, with the same service entries, the same documents and the same report. Fleet import accepts these four vehicle types.
How do I cancel the subscription?
The subscription is annual and renews automatically; a reminder email is sent to you before each renewal date. To not renew, or to cover fewer vehicles, write to us: the change takes effect at your next renewal date, never mid-year without you having asked for it.
Let's talk about your fleet
Tell us how many vehicles you track, and we'll reply with a proposal. Unusual fleet, several sites, special conditions: let's talk about it.
